Toscano Model Homes

We designed four distinct model homes and sales center for Midland Pacific Homes in San Luis Obispo. We put the standard package together for them with a Modern Beach theme, as well as upgraded packages in lifestyle designs that were Mediterranean, Moroccan and Farmhouse style. A complete construction package, furnishing, art and accessories package, construction administration, procurement and installation were all a part of this project.
